Judy Keighron brings over 15  years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and more than twenty years experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) to Greenbriar Primary Care.

Judy’s record of excellent collaborative patient/provider relationships, astute judgment and an ability to assess, diagnose and implement a plan of health care for her patients has long been recognized by a faithful following.

In addition to her experience as an FNP, Judy’s professional history includes positions such as Clinical Resource Coordinator/Educator, Assistant VP of Nursing for Ambulatory Services, Supervisor ED/Convenience Care Center, Emergency Department Head Nurse and Head Nurse of Surgical and GYN Units. She has long had a special interest in Women’s and Adolescent Health.

Judy received her Master of Science in nursing from the University of North Carolina-Charlotte. Her graduate degree was preceded by a UNC-C Bachelor of Science degree in nursing and a Davis Hospital School of Nursing diploma.

Judy maintains hospital referral affiliations with both Iredell Memorial Hospital and Davis Medical Center. She is Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner with the American Nurse Credentialing Center and is a member of both the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the North Carolina Nurses Association.

In her spare time, Judy enjoys paying special attention to a Labradoodle named Chesney and a Toy Poodle named Carly. Her love of travel has included mission trips to Venezuela and London.



Alyssa Jastrzebski joined Greenbriar Primary Care in 2013 after having worked five years as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Cardiovascular Thoracic Intensive Care Unit and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of Palmetto Health Richland Hospital, Columbia, SC.

Her responsibilities in those positions included a wide variety of post-operative duties in coronary care, patient monitoring, IV therapy, vital signs and assessment, documentation, orientation of student nurses and support and education to patients and family.

An expert in communication, Alyssa’s strong clinical skills and ability to build a rapport with patients and families provide effective and open communication with families and health-care teams alike. She especially enjoys treating women, adolescents, and using her artistic skills in cosmetic procedures.

Alyssa received her Master in Science of Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of South Carolina Graduate School of Nursing, Columbia, SC and her Bachelor in Science of Nursing, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of South Carolina School of Nursing, Columbia, SC.

In addition to maintaining hospital referral affiliations with both Iredell Memorial Hospital and Davis Medical Center, Alyssa is also a member of the following organizations, Metrolina Coalition of Nurse Practitioners, American Nursing Association and American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Spare time finds Alyssa spending time with her husband and her new baby boy born in February 2016, spoiling her two Pomeranians, Teddy and Bentley, expressing her love of art through oil painting, or swimming and boating on Lake Norman.
